These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phoark platform, including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on phoark.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on phoark. This is the minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific rollover conditions are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phoark platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phoark ("we," "us," or "the Company").

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phoark Platform. This requirement is set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phoark reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The phoark Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. phoark makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
To create a phoark account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phoark account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player – whether under the same or different names – is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
KYC Verification: Identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of document submission.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phoark login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phoark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phoark customer support immediately via live chat. We recommend enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.
phoark reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or at the request of regulatory authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phoark may apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
The minimum deposit amount on phoark is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, or Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your phoark account in Philippine Peso (PHP). phoark does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
phoark reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. phoark reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
All transactions on the phoark Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phoark does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
phoark offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
phoark actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements; and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
Note: phoark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification.
All casino games on the phoark Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. phoark does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Each game available on the phoark Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, phoark reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. phoark shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. Any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout – including software errors that display incorrect odds or payouts – are void and will not be honored.
Sports betting markets on phoark are governed by standard international sports betting rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within a specified period as stated in the relevant market rules. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a goal, red card, or injury) has occurred but before the Platform has updated the odds are subject to cancellation at phoark's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phoark Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: phoark complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
All content on the phoark Platform, including but not limited to the phoark brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of phoark or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phoark.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phoark regarding the Platform may be used by phoark without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phoark, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
phoark's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phoark collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may close your phoark account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
phoark may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority, or if we cease to operate the Platform. In the event of termination for cause, phoark reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phoark Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phoark informally by contacting our customer support team. phoark will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
